Any use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. MG-Informatique reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern IT, network, video protection, maintenance and support services, as well as software development carried out by MG-Informatique as part of an MG-VMS deployment.
3.1 Quotes and orders
Every MG-VMS engagement is the subject of a quote established after a preliminary assessment of your infrastructure and needs. The quote is valid for the period stated therein. Its validation (signature, approval, or order) constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Work only begins once the quote has been validated and, where applicable, a deposit received.
3.2 Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding or including tax as applicable, and communicated in the quote. Unless otherwise stated in the quote, services are payable according to the terms specified therein. In the event of late payment, penalties may apply in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, along with a flat-rate recovery fee of €40 for business customers.
3.3 IT services and installation
Services include only the elements defined in the quote or order. Any additional work is subject to prior approval. The client must provide the access, information and authorizations required to carry out the service. MG-Informatique cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from the absence of an existing backup or from information not provided by the client.
Installation work requiring a lift platform, work at height, electrical certification, civil engineering, or the involvement of another trade may be carried out by MG-Informatique or by a qualified partner contractor. Timelines may depend on administrative authorizations, building access, and existing technical constraints.
3.4 Maintenance and managed services
MG-VMS maintenance contracts are subject to specific terms and may include, depending on the contract, user support, monitoring, preventive maintenance, updates, and remote or on-site interventions. Any exclusions are specified in the associated contract.
3.5 Software development
The MG-VMS software platform remains subject to the terms defined in the associated quote or contract. Unless otherwise stated, the source code remains the property of MG-Informatique; the client has a right to use the delivered software.
3.6 Hardware warranty
Hardware sold as part of an MG-VMS deployment benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Manufacturer commercial warranties apply according to their own terms.
