1. Data controller

2. Data collected
The MG-VMS website only collects personal data when you voluntarily fill in a form (demo request, contact request). The fields concerned are:
- Full name
- Your company / organization name
- Business email address
- Phone number
- Estimated number of cameras, optional message
3. Purposes and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to process your business request (response, quote, demo scheduling) and to follow up the customer relationship. Processing is based on your voluntary decision to contact us (pre-contractual steps) and on MG Informatique's legitimate interest in responding to its prospects.
4. Data recipients
Your data is only accessible to MG Informatique. It is neither sold, rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention period
Data from a contact or demo request is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, in accordance with CNIL (French data protection authority) recommendations on commercial prospecting, unless a contract is concluded, in which case retention follows the contractual relationship and applicable accounting obligations.
6. Data hosting
Data collected through this site is stored on MG Informatique's own infrastructure. MG-VMS platforms deployed at our clients' premises follow the same principle: video feeds and AI processing remain on the client's own infrastructure and never pass through any third-party server — see our GDPR compliance & sovereignty page.
7. Third-party resources loaded by the site
To display correctly, the site loads certain technical resources hosted by third parties, which may result in your IP address being transmitted to these services as part of a normal web request:
